OPERATIONS DIRECTOR | SCARPETTA BEACH

Paul is responsible for managing the day-to-day food and beverage operations for Scarpetta Beach at Gurney’s Montauk Resort. Paul inspires staff to deliver exceptional food, service, and ambiance in order to bring La Dolce Vita, “The Good Life” to guests.

Prior to joining LDV, Paul has an impressive resume of being the GM at several Michelin-starred restaurants including; Masa, Ichimura, Brushstroke, Gunter Seeger, and most recently, Gabriel Kreuther, where the restaurant went from having one to two stars while Paul was manager. Paul Lee is a veteran in the Food & Beverage industry with over 20 years of experience.
