Led by Hiro Nishida of Megu and in partnership with LDV Hospitality, Sushi Koju proudly presents our brands first omakase concept at the Ace Hotel Brooklyn. Serving two nightly seatings, the Sushi Koju experience entails a 3-item starter menu and 9-course tasting menu at $145/per person with a robust Japanese beverage program to compliment the experience. From our intimate counter to the curated ambiance, Sushi Koju is a space where tradition meets innovation, crafted with sincerity for the Brooklyn community we serve.
