American Cut’s flagship location opened in New York City’s Tribeca neighborhood in 2013, introducing a new style of steakhouse dining; one that offers a unique play on classic dishes and theatrical table-side experiences.
American Cut is also a part of the Ocean Resort Casino, part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt. This expansive 9,000-square-foot beachfront destination was a finalist in the ‘International Best Designed Fine Dining Restaurant’ by Hospitality Design.
