Ro Parra-Grady is a seasoned hospitality leader known for his talent in creating genuine human connections. Raised by Cuban immigrants, he internalized the cultural values of warmth and graciousness—principles that have guided his 15-year career in New York City’s top hospitality groups.

In 2008, Ro began in the nightlife scene, working with acclaimed operators like Tao Group, Butter Group, and EMM Group, where he honed his skills in guest engagement and relationship-building. He later joined Catch Hospitality Group in 2016, helping strengthen their $30+ million flagship restaurant.

In 2018, Ro brought his expertise to LDV Hospitality, where he now leads across multiple venues, focusing on brand partnerships, client relations, and operations. His deep industry knowledge and relationship-driven approach continue to shape the future of hospitality industry NYC.
