Julio Cabrera is a dynamic and results-driven management professional with extensive experience in fine dining restaurants, nightclubs, and lounges. He is committed to maximizing sales and profitability in competitive markets. Currently, Julio serves as the Corporate Service Manager for LDV Hospitality in New York, where he oversees operational excellence for several acclaimed restaurant brands, including The Maidstone, Scarpetta and Dolce Italian.
Since joining LDV in 2014, Julio has held various key positions, including General Manager of Scarpetta Doha at the Waldorf Astoria Lusail, where he established the restaurant’s reputation in the Middle East. He also served as Director of Food & Beverage for LDV Hospitality in Miami Beach. His career trajectory features significant roles at SUSHISAMBA and ORO Nightclub in Punta Cana, highlighting his expertise in beverage management, staff training, and guest relations.
An Army Officer graduate from the Colegio Militar de la Nación in Argentina, Julio is fluent in Spanish and English and proficient in Italian. He possesses deep knowledge of wine selection and inventory management. Julio’s leadership skills and dedication to quality service make him a standout professional in the hospitality industry.
