DIRECTOR OF BAR OPERATIONS

Giacomo started his journey in the hospitality industry at 16 years old, organizing gatherings for his friends and family in his hometown of Biella, Italy. After University, he spent 6 years in Milan, bartending at one of the top cocktail bars in the city, Lacerba, where he found his passion for mixology. Giacomo then moved to London in pursuit to improve his bartending skills and was a crucial part of LDV’s opening of Sette by Scarpetta and Nolita Social, both located in the luxurious Bvlgari Hotel. After years of moving from Senior Bartender to Bar Manager, Giacomo moved to NYC to continue his career as Director of Bars. His responsibilities include curating cocktail lists across all LDV venues, training bar teams, developing new beverage programs throughout openings and creating a bridge between the spirit industry and our marketing teams across all locations.
