Francesco began his culinary journey as a teenager working in a small, family-run restaurant. He completed culinary school where he was trained by several Michelin star chefs, learning deeply about Italian culinary traditions and building his way up to head chef. He spent years working on Bangnkok, Giacarta, The Maldives and Qatar, where he was responsible for managing operations and overseeing the culinary teams.

Francesco joined LDV in 2022 and was a part of the opening of Scarpetta Doha, in
Qatar. He is now responsible for overseeing the culinary program at all LDV internation locations and assisting in the development on new concepts.
