Drew Carballo

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Drew oversees the operations for the American Cut brand, as well as other special projects company-wide. His unique characteristics allow him to execute the day-to-day operations while bringing an old world hospitality approach with a ‘customer first’ mentality.

A native of Philadelphia, Drew has over 15 years of experience; most notably as a Senior Operations Director at Del Frisco’s in Philadelphia – one of the groups highest volume locations in the country.

Drew’s passion comes down to true old school work ethic, while also imaging to always “act as if Frank Sinatra is in the room.”
