BRAND OPERATIONS MANAGER

Chloe completed a Food and Beverage Operations internship at Scarpetta Beach, located at Gurneys Resorts and Spa in Montauk, NY, in 2020 where she was first introduced to LDV. She continued her journey at Gurney’s as a seasonal manager of The Beach Club and then joined LDV full time in 2022 after graduating from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. During Chloe’s time in college, she and her classmates opened a pop-up restaurant mid pandemic, where she found her love for opening restaurants. She works alongside Sara Kim in the development and planning of new LDV locations. She most recently oversaw the opening of LDV at The Maidstone, LDV’s first hotel located in East Hampton, NY. Chloe is responsible for overseeing operations and service standards across LDV’s international locations.
