Avery Britton


After studying culinary arts at the Culinary Institute of America, and hospitality management at Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration, Avery joined LDV Hospitality in 2017.

Prior to LDV, Avery completed an extended internship at the acclaimed Pacific Northwest restaurant The Herbfarm. He has since assisted with the opening of Scarpetta in Newport, Hamptons, NYC, and most recently London.

While currently based at Scarpetta NYC, his focus is assuring LDV service standards are being met across all Scarpetta venues, especially throughout LDV’s continued growth and expansion.
